The suite of programs known as "DICE" and the related documentation are
copyrighted to both Matt Dillion and the DICE Development Group.

You have the non-exclusive right to use any enclosed program on any
computer. You may load the program into your computer's temporary memory.
You may physically transfer the program from one computer to another.
You may electronically transfer the program and accompanying documentation
to another person over a network. You may distribute copies of the program
or accompanying documentation to others. You may decompile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, modify or translate the program as long as it not used
directly or as the majority of a commerical program. None of the above are
allowed for the intent or possability of personal or coroperate profit,
be it direct or indirect, intended or unintentional.

All other rights and uses not specifically granted in this license relating
to items created by Commodore, Amiga International or any other third party
are reserved by the respective groups or personel. Where clarification is
required of the above paragraph, the authors of DICE shall decide the
clarification.

There is no warranty for the program, to the extent permitted by applicable
law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holder and/or
other parties provide the program "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The

Should the program prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary

DICE's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective
product, in its sole discretion, and shall not in any event include damages for
loss of use or loss of anticipated profits or benefits or other incidental or

or information which may be lost or rendered inaccurate, even if the authors of
DICE and/or any group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 That having been said, this version is released as Freeware, so as
 long as you don't rip off the code, and us, by trying to sell this as a
